Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.
Processing & Handling
Once your order is submitted, our team begins processing it within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Timeframe
You can typically expect your items to arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
We work with trusted freight carriers to handle most shipments, especially for larger items. Deliveries are made curbside using freight trucks (18-wheelers), so please ensure you provide a valid phone number at checkout—our delivery team may contact you to schedule a convenient drop-off.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details. Once your item ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at support@gooutdoorstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we can make the change before your item ships.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem—orders can be canceled anytime before they ship. If the order has already been dispatched, our Return Policy will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. Take photos of the damage and email them to support@gooutdoorstore.com so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund—we’ll even cover return shipping if necessary.
