When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Some may ship the same day, while rare delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances can occur. You can typically expect your delivery within 4–7 business days. If a longer delivery window applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page. At the Go Outdoor Store, we prioritize fast handling and reliable shipping every time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

We also support digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
What’s your return policy?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, processing fees, and restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping, processing and restocking fee).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you're entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation. To request a cancellation, contact us right away at support@gooutdoorstore.com. Once your order ships, our standard 30-day Return & Refund Policy applies.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the box or suspect the item may be damaged, be sure to make a note on the delivery slip (e.g., "suspected damage"). If your item is damaged, please email us photos at support@gooutdoorstore.com. We'll quickly arrange a replacement or compensation.
How can I place an order?

You'll receive instant confirmation once your order is placed, and we’ll get to work processing it right away.
How will I know when my order ships?
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email summarizing your billing and shipping details. Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll get a follow-up email with a tracking number. If an item is unexpectedly backordered, we’ll notify you via phone or email within one business day.
Will I get an order confirmation email?
Absolutely. A confirmation message will be sent to the email you used during checkout. Be sure to double-check your email address to avoid delivery errors. We recommend saving your confirmation email for reference.
Is sales tax applied to my order?
The Go Outdoor Store is a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware. Delaware does not impose a state sales tax; therefore, we do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to Delaware addresses.
For customers located in other U.S. states, we collect and remit sales tax in jurisdictions where we are legally required to do so. Sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state tax laws.
If your order is shipped to a state where the Go Outdoor Store is not required to collect sales tax, you may still be responsible for reporting and paying use tax directly to your state’s Department of Revenue or equivalent tax authority.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable sales or use tax obligations not collected at the time of purchase.

Can I make changes to my order?
